Bro. Cooper served as Master in 1978. He was a member in good standing for 64 years. He also belonged to San Leandro (113) and served as Treasurer in 1990. He received his 50 year pin in 1988. He resided in El Cerrito with his wife, Lilian. He passed in 2003.
